Workshop Aims
The days of offering employees a fixed benefit package are coming to an end as increasing number of employers see the benefit of offering a flexible benefit package that can change to meet the demands of an employee's lifestyle thereby improving staff retention. This course explores how flexible benefit packages can be put together to meet this demand and give potential tax and/or NI savings in addition.
